Spinning Wheels & Empty White Pages

Sometimes our church app will receive updates, but the app won't properly maintain your session. Meaning you will see empty white pages or loading wheels that won't ever finish loading.

Start by closing the app and reopening it, and see if these issues persist. If so, we recommend logging out of your account and then logging back in.

Within the app, select the profile icon in the upper right, and tap your profile image to edit it, and scroll to the bottom of the page and tap "Log Out"

Once you are logged out, repeat the same process, select the empty profile icon in the top right corner, tap the "login or sign up" button, and use an authentication: Google, Email, or Apple.

We HIGHLY recommend using Google. This will allow you to skip multiple verification steps and will save you from having to set up a custom password. If the church already has your email address on file this will link your accounts.
